You and your STEAM Team will take a STEAMtastic journey to a different decade every week while you learn about what it was like to be a kid in the 50’s, 60’s. 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s! You’ll engineer your way around the clock at different dazzling destinations like Soda Shop Springs (1954), Pop Art Towers (1964), Pet Rock Treehouse (1975) and Super STEAMio Jump (1985). The morning part of this camp is the Bricks 4 Kidz Brick City Engineers Camp 

With our Challenge Island and Sci-Port Summer Camps, kids will get the best of both worlds.  Campers will spend half of their time with the Challenge Island STEAM Team and the other half with the Sci-Port staff all around the museum.  With our full day camps, kids will spend half of the day with Challenge Island and Sciport staff and the other half of the day with Bricks 4 Kidz and Sci-Port.  No matter when your kids attend, they will have a great time.   If you want to attend just the Bricks 4 Kidz STEAM camp, you can register for those at b4k.us 

This camp is for students that will be entering 1st-6th grade in the fall. Students that are younger and have not completed kindergarten should look at the young scientist camps provided by Sci-Port at sci-port.org.  

Each week long camp price includes a $50 nonrefundable registration fee.   As parents, we understand that your family calendar can change at any moment.   If you need to transfer your child from one camp to a future camp during the summer, we can switch camps if there is space available with at least 72 hours notice from the beginning of camp (the Friday before at 9:00am) for free. 

If your child can not attend camp, parents can get a 100% refund minus the $50 nonrefundable registration fee if you cancel more than 14 days in advance of the start of camp.   Parents can get a 50% refund minus the $50 nonrefundable fee if you cancel at least 1 week in advance of the start of camp.   No refunds will be given for camps within 7 days of the start of camp.  Camps regularly sell out and there might not be space available in other camps.   If you have any questions, please contact emcfarland@challenge-island.com
