Inspired by the Shark Tank TV show, this Island is a true experience in STEAM and entrepreneurship. STEAM Teams will learn about target marketing, branding, pricing and more as they design a variety of new steam businesses and pitch to the class. 

Some highlights:

• Learn about man's first journey to the moon, whilst building their own shock absorbing lunar lander 
• Explore more chemistry: states of matter, chemical reactions and one of their favorites ( polymer science - making of slime). 
• Engineer theme parks that will help them identify simple machines they see on playgrounds (eg. seesaw, screw, lever, wheel & axle, etc.)
