Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to the class start date that do not cause insufficient enrollment and can be replaced will receive a refund, minus a $10 processing fee.

• Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the class start date will not be refunded.

• Cancellations that result in insufficient enrollment for the class will not be refunded.

• If Challenge Island cancels a class for any reason prior to its start date, a full refund will be issued.

• In the event of facility, venue, or school closures due to inclement weather or unforeseen events, classes will be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued.
