Embark on a thrilling adventure with Challenge Island's "The Bridge to Sharktooth Island" field trip at The After School Scholar summer camp! Inspired by our STEAM book, campers will journey into the heart of engineering as they delve into the iconic Sydney Harbor Bridge. Together, they'll discover the secrets behind its design and learn how it withstands the test of time.

Campers will work together in STEAM Teams to design and construct bridges, applying principles of engineering and problem-solving to ensure their creations are sturdy and secure. Then, it's time to put their structures to the ultimate test as they challenge the forces of nature to see if their bridges can withstand the pressure. To add to the fun, our STEAM teams will get to make slimy, shark-infested waters, discovering the magical world of non-Newtonian fluids!
