4. Where should she park? She will be bringing a pull cart with activity supplies and lesson materials. East lot
5. Where should she check in, and who will update the roster for any absent students? Front Office
6. Whom should she contact if a student is missing during roll call but is not on the absentee list? Front Office
7. Where is the parent pick-up line for students leaving the club? East side
8. Can you notify the last-hour teachers which students in their classes will be attending Challenge Island ASP so they can remind, direct, or escort them as needed (per your campus policy)? It is sent in a morning email.

Is there anything else we should know that would help ensure a smooth arrival and departure? Office closes at 4pm. Please stay and dismiss students at east gate between office and cafeteria.
