Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to the class start date that do not cause insufficient enrollment and can be replaced will receive a refund, minus a $10 processing fee.

Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the class start date will not be refunded.

Cancellations that result in insufficient enrollment for the class will not be refunded. Minimum of 8 enrollments is needed to run the class.  

If Challenge Island cancels a class for any reason prior to its start date, a full refund will be issued.

In the event of facility, venue, or school closures due to inclement weather or unforeseen events, classes will be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued.
