Storytopia Island (7 wks) @ Sterling Heights - Connections Learning Lab

Students learn about & build engineering challenges related to different children’s book series (Percy Jackson, Dog Man, Harry Potter, Charlie & The Chocolate Factory, Alice in Wonderland), and they would make a slime each week that they would be able to talk home with them.

Challenge Island is an award-winning STEAM enrichment program where smart and curious kids work together to solve fun, hands-on “challenges” which teach them about STEAM fundamentals and crosscurricular topics, plus important success skills like creativity, critical thinking, problem solving and much more.  Each of our enrichment programs focus on a positive atmosphere packed with activities and learning, with the goal of encouraging children to be more confident and excited about their skills in STEAM and working together.
