Mount Bethel - K-5th - Thursday Spring 2018 Hollywood Island - The Sequel

During the Spring 2018 session at Mount Bethel Elementary, our adventurous tribes will take on star-studded STEAM challenges at the all new Hollywood Island: The Sequel®!  With all different destinations from the original Hollywood Island®, this blockbuster experience will take kids to Space Wars Galaxy®, Cars Speedway®, Hungry Games Arena® and Titanic Iceberg®.  This award-worthy island promises to be the hottest ticket in town, so reserve your spot today! Open to Kindergartners - 5th graders

*You must inform us if your student receives any services that will impact your student's participation such as a Special Education/IEP or 504 plan

*Code of Conduct and Refund Policy specific to Mount Bethel Elementary School. In registering your child you confirm that you have read and understood the FACT Program Code of Conduct. Also that you understand that if your child is removed from a FACT Program due to violation of the Code of Conduct you will not be refunded any tuition or program monies that you have paid.

*In registering your child you confirm that you hereby agree to release and hold harmless the Mt. Bethel Elementary School Foundation (MBESF), its officers, trustees, and representatives and Challenge Island, its employees and representatives, from any responsibility, loss, liability, damage or costs which Participant may incur in this after school program whether caused by the negligence of MBESF and/or Challenge Island of Participant and/or others, or due to accidental occurrences. In the case of injury or medical emergency involving Participant, if a parent or guardian cannot be reached, you give the Challenge Island representative(s) permission to seek appropriate first aid or medical care and you agree to be fully responsible for the cost of any services provided.
