Join Challenge Island to complete the 1st of 3 Mechanical Engineering challenges! During the Roller Coaster Design Challenge, Daisies will learn about the physics of roller coasters through hands on activities. They will discover and apply the concepts of kinetic energy and potential energy while they use their creativity, artistic skills, and the engineering process to design their own loops, hills, and tunnels. They will collaboratively use trial and error as they plan, reflect, and execute their creations and will discuss challenges and successes with their troop.
