Challenge Island® partners with Girl Scout
councils nationwide. We offer hands-on STEAM Girl Scouts in-person and
virtual workshops. Our one-of-a-kind STEAM challenges and adventures fulfill a
wide array of Girl Scouts Journey and Badge requirements. At each
workshop, girls use the Engineering Design Process to understand a real-world
issue, collaboratively create a design build around the topic, and have the
opportunity to show off their tribe’s go-getter ingenuity to their fellow Girl
Scouts. Girls are encouraged to wear their sash/vest.
In this workshop, Daisies will:
·
Design a Working Roller Coaster
·
Build a Model Car
·
Create a Board Game and Arcade Game
This
workshop includes CI Fun Patch, certificate and supplies. Troop leaders need to
order badges.
Payment of fee upon registration reserves your spot.
